Sean was a superb salesman went above and beyond to keep us updated re. Prices and all other care information etc re our choice of suite. He even came in early on the day of our paperwork.

My experience was made a lot easier as Sean was very pleasant, and helpful he made every decision very comfortable as he explained everything very well, I would highly recommend Sean for his great customer service and advice.

Sophie was great, helpful & informative. I was happy to take out the sofa care 5 year package considering our sofa of choice will be in a cream colour. She explained how to maintain our sofa in the best condition. I found her easy to talk to & down to earth which made the experience stress free and enjoyable.

The sales rep that was dealing with our purchase was a lovely fella called Thomas. Very informative and helpful helping my wife and I make the right choice on what we wanted. Made us feel very as ease from start to finish and was very knowledgeable in his work as we had a lot of questions that was answered straight away. Thomas was fantastic at the Boucher road store, he was thorough and showed us every sofa in the show room that met our requirements and colour options we could pick from- when wanting to change the layout of the sofa that was no hassle and he was able to do this for us also, would highly recommend him to anyone needed a sofa or bed - great customer service. We bought previously with another sofa brand and we will use DFS in the future.
