Warm, Friendly Service That Made My Day
I had such a lovely experience today at DFS. The woman who helped me was absolutely wonderful, so warm and friendly. She made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable, taking the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed.
Her advice was really helpful, and you could tell she truly cared about helping me find the right sofa rather than just making a sale. It’s rare to come across such kind and thoughtful customer service, and it really made a difference to my experience.
Thank you again for all your help. I’m so excited about my new sofa!
