Layla was most welcoming and friendly. She was very efficient and professional in her work. She offered us a hot drink and helped us to feel comfortable. She explained the details of my purchase and contract in a precise easy to follow manner .I was under no obligation or pressure at anytime. She was very approachable and knowledgeable.

I recently visited DFS Furniture Store and had a really great experience purchasing my sofa. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the whole process.
A special thank you to one young lady on the team who was absolutely amazing. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. Her knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude really stood out.

Visited Dfs Brentford multiple times…
Visited Dfs Brentford multiple times before finally deciding on a sofa. Mo was always very patient, helpful and offered all additional upsells (I didn’t go for them but appreciated the pitch). Previously visited the store where service was lacklustre (non existent). Mo really went out his way to assist us and gave us his time and advice. Just bought a £2k+ sofa today!

SOFA buying experience - Steve and Layla were so nice
Steve and Layla were so nice , professional and knew their stuff inside out. I was into browse but ended buying there and then ! I can’t recommend the service here highly enough and the product range was fantastic . Very clear and transparent pricing and everything was explained to me thoroughly
