Great advice. Sales assistant was very helpful. Not pushy, left us to decide and get on with it, then supported us with answers to questions when needed.

Went in to look at a sofa with my grandma. Dean was very clear when giving all the details my grandma needed to hear. As she has to wear hearing aids. He gave her time to process what was being said to her and time to reply. Gave all the details that was needed clearly. Very helpful and understanding.

Really great customer service from Andy at the Brigg store
