Steve was very helpful from the moment we walked through the door,he was able to answer any questions we were unsure on and the service he gave to us today was very impressive. Steve could not have been more helpful and professional guiding us seamlessly through every aspect of buying a new suite. Having gone to other DFS stores he stood out as being the most interested and knowledgeable about every aspect.

We had a lovely experience. Firstly, we were not jumped on when walked in, we were left to walk around at our own leisure. When we were ready we approached a gentleman (didn’t get his name but we were in 8th June around 4pm . I will be asking for the guys name as he was absolutely fantastic! He listened to what we wanted, helped us choose the best items for us and didn’t try to upsell lots of extras. Would definitely recommend as was dreading this a little but the whole experience was perfect. He literally sat on our future sofa and even had a hot drink made for us whilst we decided. Great service!

Popped in again after taking a few days to make my decision it was quick easy simple no pressure and honestly a real nice chap!

We recently purchased a sofa/chair at the Cannock store, we felt at ease as soon as we entered the store, we were not pestered by the sales assistants and left to browse the beautiful furniture on sale. When we were ready to make a purchase, George explained everything in a friendly and professional way, not "pushy" to get a sale. All in all was a good experience compared to other furniture companies we tried. Would highly recommend DFS Cannock.
