Best sofa shop about!
I've always bought my sofa from DFS I've always had good experience with friendly sales staff! , and the store is always well presented, was a gutted that store in Cardiff was temporarily closed and I had to travel further to next nearest one, however it didn't stop me from purchasing another sofa and coffee table. , best shop for buying sofas going in my opinion and quick at delivering.

When at the Leckwith store yesterday, the sales assistant, Zeena, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. Rose the lady who helped us was great
Rose the lady who helped us was great , she was engaging a lot with our three year old who we had with us - gave us some great advice on the sofa we liked and we decided to buy it there and then - a pleasant experience

Great shopping experience
Great selection of furniture so we were able to find exactly what we wanted. Happily left to wander the showroom ( I hate pushy sales people) until we found what we wanted and then helped by the lovely Rose to finalise our purchase.

We were able to look at the sofas on…
We were able to look at the sofas on our own. Staff did introduce themselves and if we had questions come and ask, which was great.
Once we found the sofa we liked, Pete was extremely warm and friendly answering our questions.
