Demure 4 seater sofa
We bought a sofa today for my son's first apartment, an exciting day for us both and Isabelle matched our mood enthusiastically yet professionally. Though the sofa we settled on wasn't in the showroom, she found the same seat cushions in a different model for us to try and a fabric book to see a sample of our choice of finish. The whole experience was great but I have two reasons for not giving it 5* One: €129 for delivery is excessive and two, my credit card is annoyed at "the price is the price" attitude.

Problem with delivery solved promptly
I was hesitant to order with DFS due to bad reviews but I cannot fault them. Whilst there was a problem (the couch was delieved with no cables for the electric recliner), they quickly arranged for the cables to be delivered. Due to this mistake we asked for an additional order to be cancelled free of charge which they obliged! Thanks to the DFS team in Carrickmines, and James in particular.

We had a great experience in store with DFS staff when ordering our new couch for our home . We dealt with the lovely Lana and she made the process so seamless and was really great in offering us advice on what worked best for our needs .
