Excellent in every way. The young lady, Gintare, in DFS Christchurch, who helped me with my purchase, was informative, kind, polite and patient, answering all questions fully and clearly, making the experience a pleasure. I will certainly revisit this store as and when I need furnishing for my home.

Customer service was outstanding
Customer service was outstanding. The right level of interaction and communication. Incredibly informative and knowledgeable about the products and patient with our indecision.
Our sales advisor, Gintare was excellent and we left feeling 100% satisfied with our purchases.

DFS have delivered the wrong sofa
DFS have delivered the wrong sofa. When I called customer services to tell them, they said the store I ordered it from would have to deal with it and that they would call me in 72 hours. There is no number I can call them on.
This is unacceptable after charging me £129 to deliver the wrong item!
