Relaxed and Friendly Atmosphere.
It was nice to be able to walk in the store and have a look around in our own time. Once we had settled on a product, a nice salesman came over asked if we would like a drink and then chatted to us about the products we were looking at. He was very friendly and helpful, nothing was to much bother and we did not feel rushed into making a decision. Everything was explained clearly and professionally, he was happy to repeat anything that we were unsure of and made the whole experience a pleasure not a chore.

Great experience at DFS Colchester choosing the Livie sofa set. Popped in a few times before to test before deciding with Mabs and Elaine being more than happy to help.
When purchasing Mabs was really helpful and made the purchase a smooth and a straightforward experience.

Top service from real warm and friendly staff. Was offered tea or coffee and asked whether I’d like the air con machine moved to where we were sitting, as it was one of the hottest days of the year. The service was of highest standard, Mr.Singh was very thorough with his knowledge and explained everything clearly.
