Friendly helpful staff

I found the whole experience top class, it was very relaxed with no urgency.
Staff were great, I forgot to make a note of my salesmans name but I found him very helpful and professional.

Kevin helped us and he was great throughout!

Super friendly sales guy called Singh at the Colchester branch . Introduced himself then said he’d give us space to look and find him if we had any questions .
We did then had his undivided attention , couldn’t be more honest or patient .
Our daughter is buying a house and will be needing a sofa , we will be pointing her in Singhs direction as in all our years of furnishing , he was perfect .

Absolutely outstanding service from our DFS advisor. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout, giving great advice on colours and helping us find the perfect sofa. Nothing was too much trouble, and he even stayed a little later to make sure everything was sorted. The drinks and hospitality were a lovely touch too. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and can’t thank him enough. A real credit to DFS!

Was wowed by the layout of the store, all the staff were welcoming, helpful and efficient. Coffee wasn’t bad either ;) Me and my boyfriend were really well looked after, and really enjoyed our time there, with plenty of sofas to choose from. Ended up buying a new sofa on our first visit, and can’t wait for it to be delivered!

Staff were great communication brilliant and very good prices

Very good service from Elaine, who greeted us and asked if we needed help. We said we were just looking and she left us to it, we didn’t feel pressured at any time. We had a question which she helped us with Elaine was very helpful and we felt at ease.

Mr Singh helped as with a sofa . Very helpful and very polite. We got what we needed a few other bits . Can't wait to have my sofa in my home now .
