I was looking to replace an armchair originally from DFS manager not only knew my original sofa but also knew I wouldn't get the same. He suggested getting something totally different but in keeping which really helped me to decide he was very knowledgeable and helpful

Helpful staff
Staff were very helpful allowing us to find a bed and mattress which would really work for our budget and needs. Staff member was extremely friendly and we enjoyed our time searching for the bed with her advise.

Great service, excellent options and hopefully a lovely new sofa
The sales woman was very polite and professional. She explained every clearly, listened to what we wanted and arranged everything quickly and easily. She explained the options without pushing us to take out anything extra but she did explain the benefits to the covers available so we felt well informed.
Hopefully the delivery time will be honoured and we will have our new sofa in 2 weeks time.
