Lovely staff at the Crescent Link store

As soon as we walked into the showroom…
As soon as we walked into the showroom we were greeted by lovely friendly staff especially Kieran. He looked after us well, offered us a drink and answered all our questions and was not pushy.

Very helpful staff
On all my three visits to the Derry store the staff were friendly and helpful. I decided to complete my order online but found it difficult to navigate so decided to revisit the store (due to figuring out measurements etc) Conor the store manager was great in helping me complete my order and answering all questions I had :)

Had a fantastic experience in the Crescent Link DFS Derry store today thanks to Stevie. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain all of our available options so clearly, making the whole process stress free.
