Sofa was advertised with cushions
Sofa was advertised with cushions . These were not included in price. Delivery was not included in price. None of which was advertised. . Considering we spent £4700+ on new suite. Highly diaappointed

Thank you for taking the opportunity to share your experience with us, we are really sorry to hear that the additional extras and delivery fee were not explained clearly at the point of purchase. To keep our product prices as low as possible we do not embed the delivery cost into the price of our products. The furniture is presented with additional cushions for display purposes, however our advisers will inform you if the products are included or not.

I liked that staff weren't constantly…
I liked that staff weren't constantly coming and asking if I need help, when I need advice there was a staff member there. The offer or tea or coffee is good.
