I recently bought sofas from DFS…
recently bought sofas from DFS Furniture in Dudley and I am very happy with the overall experience. The staff were friendly and professional. My salesman explained everything clearly and was very patient with me. He even offered me a good discount which made me even happier.
The customer service was excellent and they handled everything smoothly. I would definitely recommend them and visit again. Thank you!

Helpful, personable staff, sam and sham informed us of all our choices and made buying a suite very enjoyable.

Top notch service from start to finish
From the first day that we meet Matt we found that he actively listened to our needs and requirements and solved any problems that arose quickly and efficiently. His product knowledge we found helped us to finalise on our decision, he troubleshoot problems we cane across amd provided tailored recommendations for our needs. The interaction was friendly and no pressure put onto us to make a sale. It was such a pleasure to have dealt with Matt and hope that on our next purchase that we would be lucky to have him deal with our next buy.

Went to another store at digbeth to buy…
Went to another store at digbeth to buy could not find anything went to merry hill and had no problems buying a new sofa made easier to buy with great help from assistant .No problem at all.

Was able to walk the store without…
Was able to walk the store without being pestered by sales assistants until I was ready whereby Mat was very helpful, professional, listened to what was required and advised accordingly.

There was no one coming around pressure…
There was no one coming around pressure us to buy today. The staff asked if you need anything just ask.when we chose a couple of sofa’s, the assistant was very helpful and friendly no pressure you got to pay today or the discount or offers are gone .Very polite Thank you
