We had a really helpful shopping experience with John at DFS Dundee Kingsway (16th August 2026). We chose the Layla sofa bed for us and are hoping to be really satisfied with the product.

No pressure customer service
We had a great experience shopping for sofas today at DFS. John was really helpful with no pressure, he left us to walk about and take our time to choose but was always on hand to ask any questions or offer advice. We took a long time to decide and he was very patient, giving us the space to consider our purchase.

Highly recommend great friendly service
