We had a great experience at DFS Enfield. Saiful Alam was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout our visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions and helped us choose the right sofa without making us feel rushed or pressured.
He was very patient and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We are really happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend Saiful to anyone visiting DFS Enfield.

From the moment l entered the shop
From the moment l entered the shop, the introduction was warm & welcoming. I was given an opportunity to browse freely & was not made to feel as if l was intruding when l proceeded to ask my numerous questions. I explained what l was looking for & was directed to a few pieces. After l made my final selection, Lisa made me aware of the after care policy & care treatment available & was even prepared to go over it, so that everything was clear for me. I cannot wait for my sofa & chair to be delivered.
