We had an excellent experience at DFS thanks to Aysel. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for and gave us really helpful, honest advice when choosing our sofa bed. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured, which made the whole experience enjoyable and much easier.
When we returned to purchase the sofa bed, Aysel wasn’t there, but we still went ahead with the purchase because of the confidence she gave us during our first visit. Her advice made all the difference, and we’re so pleased with the sofa we chose.
Thank you, Aysel, for your outstanding customer service. You truly helped us make the right decision, and we really appreciate all your help. We would highly recommend asking for Aysel if you’re visiting DFS!
