I was warmly welcomed into the store…
I was warmly welcomed into the store and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. David one of the sales personnel took me round and showed me various sofas explaining them in detail. I was very impressed by not only him but how well the store was laid out and the cleanliness of it. The customer service exceeded my expectations and was excellent.

Excellent customer service
Louis was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable about the sofa we were interested in. We were torn between a sofa at DFS and one elsewhere but due to the excellent customer service and quality of product we decided to purchase from DFS, without Louis serving us we likely have not have made the purchase.

Our son bought a suite a couple of months ago and we had a fabulous helpful, very knowledgable guy called Mark. We went back in today to buy ours, again so very helpful, spent time with us to help with the configuration as we have a big room and we didn’t know what to get. Fantastic customer service.

Shame you can't add no stars
Shame you can't add no stars. Found an excuse for anything. Furniture arrived damaged. Had the nerve to say and I quote "any damage to it isn’t considered a manufacturing fault, delivery damage, or grounds for rejection."
So good luck with damaged furniture. Got delivered within 10 days from being told custom made - not possible - reduced cost but due to quicks build (yeah right) won't honour discounted price even though I asked for discount before purchasing.
Told once a week to turn and plump cushions. Can't be turned as fabric does not cover all way around.
Basically lies, lies, false promises and lies, shady and unprofessional sales teams and customer support.
Now seeking legal avenues to resolve this due to their refusal to discuss sensibly.

Lewis was great in every way
Lewis was great in every way, gave us all the info we needed, wasn’t pushy at all. Was great with our unruly kids as well which is always a bonus!
