Excellent customer service
Charlotte was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, she explained the whole process in detail and even stayed behind after her shift had ended to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Amazing customer service.

Great service
The salesman Matt, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. He never rushed us at all even though we did take some time to decide our purchase. We do have one suggestion, it would be fantastic if other stores (ie Grantham where we live) could hold just one of each style of dining chairs to negate the need to take a two hour round trip to Nottingham.

The staff were great
The staff were great; they welcomed us and didn't pester us. They left us to it to look and try things out for ourselves until we were ready. Then we dealt with Matt, who was great. He answered everything we asked and informed us well.
