We came to your Hereford store just looking for furniture with no intention of purchasing at this time. We were approached by Harry he walked around the store with us was very informative not at all pushy. After looking at several suites we decided to purchase the one we have.

We were greeted by a lovely lady (sorry forgot her name, drives the green car) at the Hereford branch, She was very helpful very informative and not pushy at all she let us make our own minds up, offered us drinks, very helpful explaining the process we had to go through and how long delivery was etc. very happy with her service. When we arrived, a lady came over and asked if we were all right. We confirmed we were just browsing, and she told us to take our time and sit on as many as we needed. We looked around and found one we liked. We approached a member of staff when we needed some advice. We went through all of the information with Jemima. She was very pleasant and could answer our questions and provide extra information we wouldn't have thought about asking. Very happy with our purchases.

Superb customer service from Jemima at…
Superb customer service from Jemima at the Hereford store. She introduced herself to us and left us to have a good look around. After choosing the sofa mum wanted, she came to our service and even brought hot chocolates to enjoy!
She explained everything clearly and was very patient and understanding. We are extremely pleased with our experience

DFS Hereford, excellent service
We entered DFS Hereford looking for new couches. We were greeted by Louise who was very polite and courteous. As we proceeded through the couches Louise kept checking on us to make sure we were ok and to give us any information we requested. Once we had decided Louise sat with us and explained the purchase along with any extra service we required. She was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions in full. I can honestly say it’s the best experience we’ve had when purchasing something.
