We had two visits
We had two visits. Saturday we just walked out as sales person very unhelpful. (Language problem!) however, revisited Tuesday and service was exceptional could no enough (Jacky) and we bought.

Good in store but Poor follow up
Sales assistant was Informative not too much of a hard sell. but 2 weeks on I’ve still not received an email confirmation despite going back into the store.
Cost of delivery being added on was a bit of a shock, how do they expect you to get a sofa home!
