DFS Furniture - Leicester Avis 

Was looking for a new sofa, visited Fosse park in Leicester, and with lots, if not too much choice in shops, we settled on the one shop that put less pressure on us in making a purchase, staff were very friendly, but not pushy, and helpful. Left us to it until we was ready to commit. Then the process of buying the thing was simple and quick to complete! would use again, but if the promises of 15 year guarantee is any good, it wont be soon! Would recommend.

Had a fantastic experience with the sofa company! Sahil was absolutely brilliant—friendly, helpful, and made the whole process so easy. I went in looking for a sofa and ended up leaving with two sofa sets! Really happy with my purchases and the service I received. Highly recommend, especially if you get to deal with Sahil!

Blaise in Leicester Fosse Park store was so knowledgeable and explained everything beautifully. She advised of every single cost that was associated with the sofa and was honest and straight forward about the measurements. We had measured before we came in but she told us to double check the measurements as we started to doubt ourselves when we saw the sofa we wanted. She didn’t push us for a deposit and didn’t give us any hard sales tactics. She was extremely honest and open about everything so we came back the next day and paid for the sofa in full.

Very worm welcome. I knew that there was someone there to help but did not feel overwhelmed by the presence of the sellers. Beautiful sofas, good quality (based on previous experience) and quick post sale service. The staff very helpful but not pushy

We visited the store today at fosse park to purchase a sofa, we had a lovely gentleman called 30Z-Hitesh who was very polite and gave us plenty of time to make our minds up and was very professional and a credit to the store.

Beth had really good customer service explained everything and answered any questions with ease she made the whole experience a breeze

on our first visit to the Fosse Park store we were looking at and trying recliner chairs, we came away with lots of info / photo's so we could decide on one chair from your wide range on sale.
I then returned to make my purchase a few day's later.. on both visit's there were very knowledgeable staff available and the customer service was spot-on..

Very positive experience in store. Blaise was very helpful and give us plenty of information but also gave us space to look around and take time to browse. She was also very helpful when we were finalising our decision. Great service.

Adviser Hitesh was was vey good, adised on mixed pattern collection for furniture covering, very polite curtiouse(not pushy in sales routine) went through items in detail and items were treble checked for accuracy prior to purchse overall a very good service.

Great experience purchasing a sofa for our new home. The entire team was a pleasure to deal with but Hitesh in particular went above and beyond to help us turn our house into a home. From start to finish we were assisted with all aspects of the purchase and all of our questions were answered throughout the process.
