Excellent Customer Service in DFS Limerick
I called into my local DFS Store in Limerick on Monday, 27th April and met with a really lovely woman called Linda. She was so helpful, bubbly & knowledgeable about the products & available finance options.
I went in ‘just for a look’ and left after purchasing a new suite of furniture and a rug .
Her personable, friendly & easy manner was very welcoming & she was a delight to deal with!
I will be back to her in future for any further purchases.
Well done DFS for employing the right people 🙌

Linda in DFS Limerick was such a ray of sunshine, customer service 10/10. She had informed us of everything we needed to know and was super helpful with regards to the foam filling & extras you can get. We left with a deposit on a sofa we love!

We went twice to dfs look around and staff was very helpful especially Beavrage (l am.not shure of spelling of his name ) young Scottish man ,he give us advice about cleaning sofas and he help us to make final decisions

Do not buy unless you want to wait 4 months
I ordered my sofas om January 3rd paid in full on the day. It's now 20th of April still no sofas and are now talking about may delivery. Shop assistant have no idea what's going. Absolutely disgraceful. No communication from them you have to keep chasing them

Just brilliant customer service…
The customer service we met at Ballysimon DFS Linda was superb. So knowledgeable. No question was a difficulty & she went above & beyond to deal with us without pushing the product...that's a delicate balance as I don't like pushy customer service
