The girl that help us was very helpful and patient,as we had only visited Lincoln to have a look at what was in store, the sheldon that we wanted wasn’t in store but the young girl showed us everything we needed to know about the sofas that we wanted, and made it a very easy and enjoyable purchase,,

Having been in several times looking at sofas. Finally deciding on one. The staff was very helpful in explaining everything prior to purchase and what to expect afterwards. Would recommend purchasing from this store. .

Really helpful and attentive customer service from Sham. She even manged to amuse our 8 year old in the process which is no small task! We found a sofa and chair set that we are really pleased with and the whole process of signing up to the credit agreement was super easy. Would recommend.

The staff member who helped us I feel that she really cared about what we needed and wanted, always making sure that we knew exactly what we were buying so there was no confusion or mistakes, even when we almost ran past their closing time we never felt rushed or anything.

Mike was our point of contact, very helpful, very knowledgeable, very polite and easy to talk to. We were there for a purchase not just perusing but never was Mike pushy, just always ready with an informed and honest answer. Great customer service.

We had previously been in a couple of days before to have a look and found a 2 and 3 seater that we really liked. Then while entering the store on day of purchase we met little Josh that was really helpful let is have another look incase we changed our mind, he asked what we were looking for and made sure that was definitely the purchase we wanted to make. Little Josh was able to answer in confidence any questions we had.

Great service, short lead time and great value

10/10 experience - Walked in to the store, had a look around before spotting the design we wanted. Asked Emma for help who asked us everything we wanted in a sofa, walked us through the whole process and made sure we knew every feature we were happy with was confirmed.

She even helped to recommend a a sturdier pillow and material than the one shown so we can have more years out of our new sofa. Little Josh then took over and clearly explained the whole payment system and set us up in a comfortable plan which we are more than happy with.

Looking forward to getting cosy on our new suite!

If you had to show and make a training video of how to be a customer service advisor , then todays visit to the Lincoln showroom would be the one to make . We were greeted by the advisor ,and asked what our requirements were, and the advisor ,who really knew the product range in depth ,then guided as through the choices available to match what we were looking for and to our budget . Sham , the advisor really could not of done a better job . Superb customer service. Hats of to her and to the training team that gave her the tools to do the splendid service that she gave.10/10

It was so nice to have helpful sales people who were there to help but not to hassle the customers.
There was a good choice of sofas and the buying process was made easy by the staff who knew their sofas. Daniel and Evie were especially helpful and knowledgeable.

Friendly, helpful staff, nice sofas at good prices

Buying my furniture in the store was fairly easy. That is where it ends placed my order 6 April and promised furniture Mid June.
I contacted them and spoke to a foreigner who I could barely understand.
After all her tutting and verbal clicking during our conversation, no real outcome.
Furniture now possibly being delivered 1stJuly 26, tried to arrange a time around my work, not possible.
The advisor offered me a different day but still can't arrange a time, still same problem.
Anyway advisor asked if there was anything else she could help with.
My reply was well you didn't help with my last problem.
Warning to you is keep clear if you want a prompt efficient service.
