Alison, another chap John i think? Where very helpful and offered me as much bonus uses as I could. I would have liked the smal pillows but thought I can’t be to cheeky!
They really made an effort to sort me it. The lady was very nice and so helpful
She even offereg my mum a coffee as she was in the car waiting. My mum can’t walk very well which is why shouldn’t come in.
I believe Alison, if I’ve got the right name ! Deserves a award for customer service.

Brilliant customer care
As soon as we entered the store, me and my wife were acknowledged and greeted straight away. Leoni actually shouted over to us, that they wouldn't shadow us, but they were there if we needed them. When we were ready, we were served by Leoni and offered refreshments. We settled on a lovely sofa, after changing our minds from another suite. Leoni was patient , no pressure to choose another more expensive sofa. She was a great communicator, very personable, a true positive reflection of DFS
