Please take my advice and avoid DFS
Please take my advice and avoid DFS. We have had our sofas delayed 3 times and by the time we get another delivery date it will be 14 weeks since we ordered (if doesn’t get delayed again). It’s difficult speak to anyone and when you do they are dismissive and say other customers have similar issues - which I think says it all. DFS have failed us as customers and likely will be left with no option other than to cancel and go elsewhere.

Terrible delivery service
Terrible delivery service. No update on delivery, considering it should have been 7 days. Customer service nit got a clue.
Left with no furniture. And no update
Suddenly everyone on the phone once left this review. DfS saying sorry. Delivery company giving me a date another week away, telling me to taje ir leave it, no choice. However dfs advertising 7 day speedy delivery, them having to wait 14 day, which might have been more if i hadnt rang. I am fuming, but delivery company gave me no choice in the matter. Dfs change your delivery company, there draging your name down and dont care.

I ordered 2 2seaters the 1st 1 had…
I ordered 2 2seaters the 1st 1 had problems with 1 ov the chairs which they replaced the following week which was good then I found out that the other 2 seater had different colour arms I have waited 5 months for 2 new arms and they’ve sent them to the post office to be delivered and still don’t know when someone is coming to fit them not very good customer care is it.Discusting.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Please accept our apologies if you are experiencing a problem with your furniture. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your sofa.
As most of our furniture is made to order, the parts needed to resolve some concerns have to be ordered directly from our suppliers as we don't stock the parts. Much like our furniture the majority of parts are made to order and can sometimes have similar delivery times to that of the sofas themselves.
I have taken a look into your order and can see the parts should arrive to you by 12th May and once this has arrived to you the service team will be in contact to arrange a service visit. Please be rest assured we will get this resolved for you and once again please accept our sincerest apologies.
