We knew what we wanted when we went…
We knew what we wanted when we went into the store. Steve approached us and asked if he could help us. It was a relatively quick transaction helped by the fact we were given time on our own to decide and not pestered with irrelevant information. All our questions were answered along with some useful advice.

On arrival DFS
On arrival, approached by Rowen was looking for Sofas to renew, looking for same measurements as my old sofas, he guided me to set sofas and explained thoroughly the details, I was very impressed and naturally presented professionally and made me at ease, the sofas he presented were perfect, exact measurements as my old sofas. Very happy with the overall experience!!

Stress free experience!
We were made to feel at ease while making our decision. Everything was explained and we were offered the extras, but no pressure was made for us to take them. Offered a drink and we weren’t rushed! Katrina was great

Amazing service
We were warmly welcomed when we arrived, offered help but also given plenty of time to freely wander around looking at our own pace, then when we had decided on our items Danny ( Maidstone store) was very informative about our items and explained everything/options well without being made to feel pressured into choosing ‘extras’ he also gave us private time to discuss our wishes. I would highly recommend Danny to friends and family.
