During our visit to DFS Milton Keynes on the search for a new sofa, I can honestly say it is the best store I have been in. The staff and manager were highly professional in their approach and very helpful when discussing the sofa options for my needs. I would recommend DFS always. We have purchased from them before and the products are very well made with great customer service. Needless to say, I found the perfect sofa on this occasion too!

MK DFS is a great store with a lovely team
We had a fantastic experience at DFS in MK, and we couldn’t be happier with the help we received from Ruhan. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole process of ordering our new sofa, bed and mattress so easy and stress-free.
Ruhan took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and made sure we were happy with our choices. His customer service was excellent from start to finish, and he really went above and beyond.
MK DFS is a great store with a lovely team, and we would highly recommend visiting them. A big thank you to Ruhan for making our shopping experience such a positive one!

Anna was great
Anna was great, and very patient. She gave us time to go through the options and advice we were given, giving us the chance to go home and check what would work for us. Even though we changed our minds a couple of times before making a final choice, we never felt that we were being a nuisance.
