Nat was helpful explained all of the options for cushions, showed all the fabric choices, and offered stain treatments and care options. Explained delivery costs time scales and access requirements, pleasant, engaging and informative.

Nat was amazing from the start! Extremely welcoming and friendly, very informative
We came in a couple of weeks ago and she helped loads we then came back today to order and luckily she was in store to help us again and she basically remembered everything we discussed
We ended up adding a couple of extras to the order as recommended by Nat

The shop was well laid out with plenty…
The shop was well laid out with plenty of room to stroll through. The staff were lovely especially Dan who was so helpful and obviously loves his job. Nothing was too much trouble and really made us feel welcome.
