Lovely sales lady
Lovely sales lady, gave us time to decide. Everything was explained very thoroughly. Also the sales lady, (Chloe) I think? also checked our order with a senior member of staff, he was also very helpful.

Excellent service from Ben
We purchased a sofa set and Ben was so helpful explaining our options to us , he was very helpful and explained everything in detail .
We were back to purchase two days later again Ben explained everything in detail about delivery and care and protection of our product.
He is a credit to DFS thanks Ben .

Chloe was very welcoming and helpful answering all of our questions and making us feel at ease.
She went above expectations as we had to figure out the cushion sizes due to making sure we could change them for non feather ones when they arrived.

Great visit to DFS today
Great visit to DFS today; Showroom is light and airy with a good selection of furniture and best of all we weren’t pounced on the moment we walked through the door or harassed all the way round.
We got great service from Perry and ordered a couple of new sofas.

Buying a suite
We were served by Perry, who was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable about the suite that we had selected. He helped us when deciding what colour suite to choose and did not pressure us in making our selection and time was not an issue with him. He talked us through the options of Safeguard etc. and the payment options which we discussed and tailored to suit our needs. We would not hesitate to recommend anyone, given the experience that we received.
