We didn’t feel harassed from the second we walked in. A pleasent good afternoon. If you need me please come and ask was all that was needed. This allowed us to browse in our own time and then approach a staff member when we were read.
This is the reason we purchased from DFS as we had already walked out of 3 local stores due to being followed around feeling harassed and under pressure to choose something

Very quick service
Very quick service, easy step by step guide. When visiting the store in Rotherham they were very friendly and wasn’t bombarding with information. Was given time to look around rather than feel like you were being followed.

We visited DFS Rotherham and had a look around, then we asked a lovely lady named CYDER for information.
Cyder was very professional and gave us all the information we needed. We left to talk what our decision was to be then returned to see Cyder. Cyder then put our mind at rest with a couple of things, so we decided to order. Cyder arranged everything for us and we can't thank Cyder enough.

The staff were great we were not…
The staff were great we were not approached until we ask for assistance once we had found the sofa we wanted, Rebecca was lovely very polite and patient, even brought up a photo of the colour of sofa I wanted so I could be confident I was happy with my choice. We were offered drinks and were not rushed at any point. Stress free buying experience would recommend.

Brilliant service in store at the…
Brilliant service in store at the Parkgate branch. Warren was very helpful and supportive all the way through our purchase especially when I had to go back into store as once our sofa had arrived it had been damaged through transportation. Warren was very supportive abd apologised even though it wasn't his fault and now the issue is being rectified.
