Great service no presure sales overall a great experience

Although we’d already chosen the sofa we wanted, Helen made the whole purchasing process an absolute pleasure. She was warm, friendly, incredibly helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Her knowledge and genuine enthusiasm really stood out, and she even took the time to chat to us about roof tents, sharing some brilliant advice and recommendations that have inspired us to look into buying one ourselves. Customer service like Helen’s is rare these days, and she is a real credit to the company. Thank you for going above and beyond!

The lady who looked after us was phenomenal. Made us feel welcome and made a stressy big purchase as breeze. We might not have bought that day had it not been for her.

He explained everything clearly about the purchase and double checked everything with his manager Tony who was also very helpful. We were struggling with an insurance claim and Shrewsbury DFS were beyond helpful. The staff went out of their way to help us with information required by our insurer. They then helped us to choose a suitable replacement suite. The staff were never 'pushy' or 'intimidating' but always polite and helpful. Even after 3 return visits, the treatment was always the same. We would definitely return and recommend.

Tony was very helpful in helping me decide on my purchase. He was very knowledgeable and informative but did not pressure me in any way. He left me to have a good look round but kept checking if I was okay or needed any help without ‘stalking’ me like many assistants are guilty of.
