Great service from Ruari- my husband says thanks! He has no clue what I bought but I seem happy!
Great patience, showing me many options and comparisons, whilst I changed my mind at a disturbingly rapid rate!
I set a final test of changing my colour choice as he wrote up my invoice!!! - he passed with flying colours and still kept smiling!

From start to finish Heather was fantastic askedcwhat we were looking for and took us to the products she thought we would like. Was very patient and explained everything well and made sure we knew what we had to do. Explained the delivery procedure as well. Very relaxing experience and she had such a nice manner and was very chatty. Would have no hesitation to recommend your company.

We went to the Stirling branch for a look at a sofa we liked, wanted to confirm our first choice. As we discussed the sofa your salesperson Lindsay was very helpful. And offers us a cancelled order for a reduced cost.bey happy with hir service, would make me use dfs again in future.
