I’m really impressed with the treatment…
I’m really impressed with the treatment I received by DFS in Torbay. They were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they explained everything clearly the whole process of delivery, warranty and Finance.
I will certainly be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you

OurDFS storeTorquay is next to M&S where we regularly shop , we popped in DFS for a quick look around and saw a special offer on a settee we tried and thought a bargain after a chat with a helpful staff member who pointed out why it was a special offer and available within a week so we bought it and can’t wait for our delivery .

Very helpful and not pushy sales
Whilst talking my husband into purchasing a decent sofa, we visited the Exeter and Torquay branches of DFS. On our third visit to Torquay branch we decided to purchase two ex display chairs. The sales staff were so welcoming and allowed our dog to come in. The paperwork was completed quickly, and we are now awaiting our delivery.

They will not be disappointed. Good quality furniture and spoiled for choice.

On arrival we were so happy to see a lovely clean open environment to browse, we were welcomed by a very friendly lady who offered so much help and guided us through, we were not at all pushed into a purchase, and when we decided what we desired she made it so easy and explained everything nice and carmly.
