Excellent buyer experience, highly recommend.
We bought a Sophia sofa today. Lots of time to look around at our own leisure, without being pressured, and when we asked for help, Paul, the advisor that came to our aid was extremely friendly, providing us detailed information about payment options and additional products that we could add-on, such as sofa care. In all it was a super buying experience, my first with DFS and will definitely return in future, as well as recommending it others.

Super friendly and helpful staff
Had a great experience with Aaron. Went in a few weeks ago and he answered all my questions with such patience.Went back in today to order and was delighted he was working so was able to help me place my order and answer in detail queries I had about fabrics. Amazing customer service.
