Sam was great she came across very well and was very professional in her amazing customer service. She connected with my mother in law and had a nice chat about her dogs. This made her feel at ease great member of your team not too pushy with the sales.

We spoke to sam in the Warrington…
We spoke to sam in tbe Warrington branch. She was really helpful shown us different options ..talked through the process didnt force upsells on us.
No sales reps jumped on us ( i dont like that ) the staff let us browse untill we approached them

On our arrival we were greeted straight away. We were advised to have a good look around, if we needed help to ask. Having looked at a number of sofas. We were unsure of what would fit. On asking, Darren/Dan he took the time to listen to what we wanted. Helped with measurements. Finally settling on the sofa we wanted.Very friendly, knowledgeable service.

Mike was amazing!
Mike who served us today in the Warrington branch was super helpful, was full of recommendations for our new sofa and also helped us with measurements, he explained everything with use ease and didn’t make us feel overwhelmed at all. We walked away with a dream sofa and it was all down to Mike! Absolutely credit to the branch! Thankyou so much Mike!
