Just what you want sofa shopping allowed to browse without being chased around and when you do need them they didnt rush us, took their time had a good chat and made the experiance really easy in essence they were there to help place our order not push a sale

Great Sofa
Great Sofa, delivered by efficient but hardly friendly staff. The wait for delivery was quite long, 9 weeks but I’m happy with the final product.

We went to DFS Wednesbury to get a much needed sofa. We were there for 2 hours trying to make our mind up. In comes Fahim who was amazing and so helpful. We managed to buy 2 sofas for our space and are extremely happy with our purchase.

I visited DFS 3 times this week just to make sure the sofa i liked was for me Each time the staff were lovely I went back today and was greeted by Nicky She went through everything and was very knowledgeable, there was no pressure or forced sale I went ahead and ordered my new sofa Thank-you Nicky x

Nafeesa was very kind and welcoming, she greeted us with a smile and offered us refreshments and gave clear and precise instructions and she explained the whole process very eloquently. She also paid a lot of attention to details about the colour of the sofa, where we were placing it and she also made small talk which made us all feel at ease and more comfortable.
