Great customer service and helpful with my sofa order

Lauren was great to explain everything to us and cross checking to ensure all info she told us we accurate. And very thorough in explaining the differences between the constructions of sofas and how it is important for us to maintain the cushions etc. She left us lots of space to discuss so no pushing, it's a very comfortable experience. We purchased a Jouele's Collab model in the end and looking forward to receiving it.

I'll never buy at this store again, they promised delivery on 12/19, I spent the whole day waiting, I called the customer service and they couldn't explain to me why they didn't deliver, I scheduled the delivery again for the 24th, the same happened they didn't deliver things, they didn't tell me the reason, they didn't call me, I only bought this sofa because it was fast delivery, my whole family was at home and we had an uncomfortable Christmas because the store didn't comply with the agreement, I'm very disappointed, the service at the store it was excellent, the sellers are very kind, they do everything to sell, but then they don't solve any problem, they apologize a thousand times and solve nothing.

Salim was brillaint from start to finsh I came to purchae a sofa with my 5 year old daughter in tow he made sure we were both well looked after giving us bth a drink and helping me to make a decsion between 2 sofas I was torn between. He made the whole experince joyful and pleasurable which isn't easy with a whinign child in tow.
