We had a very nice experience choosing our furniture. Samir was so incredibly helpful, he certainly went the extra mile by explaining everything to us. Things we would never have thought to ask he offered all the information. I would highly recommend DFS Furniture in Westfields, White City and speak to Samir. Extremely very nice person.

Amir was very helpful in our search for a new sofa. He was patient with his time, knowledgeable about the products and made the visit to the store worthwhile. We even managed to get scatter cushions that were being added to the stores summer sale. The service from the team was 10/10.

So glad we visited DFS in Westfield White City. Ayesha was absolutely brilliant! She made the whole process very easy and we found our perfect sofa’s. Can’t wait for them to arrive!

the sofa material and explained us how to compare thick or thin leather is . So we choose the thick one with our buying.She is so patient, she discussed with us how to place the sofa by our house. That day was our happy day.We will tell our friends to be there for buying. Thank you!

My experience with DFS it is absolutely disgusting I recommend no one to purchase anything even a mirror from them They l care about customer service they’re all about them The customer service after sale it’s absolutely useless

Excellent service by Dania vitt at Westfield shepherd Bush. Was very professional, polite & patient with us. Didn't try to push us. Hopefully rest of the service going onwards will be as good as Dania.

Incredible customer service from Aisha who was knowledgeable and patient and very friendly. She answered all our questions and when we came back to make a purchase and was on lunch, left mid break and made us feel like we were no bother at all. It was her customer service that swayed us in the end.

It was really good experience to shopped at DFS . Staff was really good in helping , explaining their products which lead me to buy one . That day I planned to shop around first but at DFS I was stocked and decided to get it from there not only because of their nice products but also because of staff that works with passion not work just for money . We had a really good experience with Dania at Dfs Westfield. We had a meeting with her to discuss our options and she really took out a lot of time to advise us on two different occasions. She gave us an overall amazing experience in deciding the right sofa to pick. We definitely recommend her and everyone who helped us at this branch.
