DigitalDeckCovers Custom Dust Covers Avis 12

I haven't even received my covers yet, and I have already had the most awesome customer care experience! Via email, Courtney and the seamstress have gone way out of their way to accommodate me in my custom-made PC and peripherals covers! Can't wait to see these covers. Kinda like putting the cart before the horse. However, I will be back to review their product quality.

The initial covers were a little too short, and they claim it's based upon measurements that they have from the speaker manufacturers. However, when I measured mine is was two inches taller. I call them and explained that it actually measured two inches taller than they said. Without any issues whatsoever, they sent me two new Covers and they absolutely fit perfectly.

I ordere a Cover for my PC and im from europe, it had a small hole in there i let them just know but i was okay with that but they insisted to send me a new one for free, really friendly costumer service i really appreciate that thanks.

Ordered a cover for my new meat slicer and just so happened they had my model listed. Cover arrived 10 days later, perfect fit and quality material. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Not pleased with the fit. It is the baggiest cover that has too much width and uneven sides. I measured it and then sent images to their customer service. They were responsive and confirmed it was too big. They offered to re-make it but want *me* to pay for the expense of sending it back even though it is their sloppy work and lack of quality control. Not worth the hassle. Therefore, I do not recommend DigitalDeckCovers and am providing a poor rating.

Not sure if there’s another company like this, at least in the USA. I ordered covers for my Epson and Canon printers throughout the years and this company never disappoints. The turnaround time is good considering that each cover is custom made for your device and the quality and workmanship is excellent, especially at this price. If you need a high quality cover and a decent price, I would definitely recommend these guys.

I just received the cover for my Korg SV-2 and I have to be honest here... I am super disappointed with the quality of the item I got. It feels like I ordered something from Wish.com and got something completely different that pictured. Not only that, the fabric "upgrade" I got is not really an upgrade since the fabric also feels cheap.

This cover is basically just draped over the top of the piano and doesn't hug the shape at all. Basically inspires zero confidence.

Absolutely awful product.

Did business with this company several times and was always happy with there products. They sell very high quality covers at a reasonable price. Great place.

Ordered a cover for a Pro_Ject Xtension table which is available on their site. I ordered it and it came in vastly larger then it should be. They claim the dimensions have changed over time (they have not) and cannot take my cover back but offer a discount towards a new one.

What should have been done is a replacement or a replacement/exchange.

This is not how business should be conducted... Look for other options to buy a cover for your turntable online. There are other options out there from more reputable companies/people.

I was seeking the perfect covers for some special equipment. By choosing the products on the DigitalDeckCovers site, the team at the company could automatically use those manufacturer's specs (but you can also customize this).

I also like being able to choose the type of material -- I got one in the smooth gray fabric and another in the black double quilted. Customer service was also friendly and very responsive, and I highly recommend their work!

Ordered 4 covers from Digital Deck Covers (including a custom size for a model they didn't cover) - very happy with the design a quality.

No-hassle delivery to the UK, inc. customs. There is always a charge for this if shipping from the US.

Would recommend and buy again.

If you live in the UK then you should avoid buying from this company unless you're prepared to get hit with a £12+ customs charges on top of the $20 delivery they already charge. I have a $27 cover which has ended up costing me over $60 and the company couldn't care less - as far as they're concerned it's tough and not their problem.

They should either label their customs labels differently and/or be putting a large warning on the website whenever anyone selects shipping to the UK, advising them that they could be liable for substantial customs fees. If I'd known that this was the case I never would have purchased the dust cover from them.
