MediaSignage Avis 3

I will start this by saying I do not have an Enterprise account, nor do I use their players (Raspberry Pi 5's work an absolute treat and are much more cost effective).

My own experiences are wholly positive. For US$3 a month I can use schedules for media which the free alternatives do not give - it is one thing only unless you pay.

The support I had was exeptional - I was struggling with the timed resources and they came in and made all of the necessary changes, as well as taking the time to explain where I'd been going wrong - they were supporting me for over 3 hours.

Honestly, for the very low monthly cost I cannot think of a better alternative.

These boxes are garbage - please be aware that if you cannot get up and turn these boxes off every night they will not work according to the company. My menu boards, first of all didn't turn out ANYTHING like they advertise - they were garbage and ended up creating my own. Then now that the signs are up, the shut on and off all day long and sometimes shut off and won't turn back on unless we get on a ladder and unplug them from the wall - their solution was to put a timer plug to turn them on and off at night - also the specifics for the file are so temperamental - will let you upload any size file and then start but will shut down all day - although the sizes are right the boxes shut down all day - sometimes they come back on and sometimes they don't - spent months trying to get them to resolve my boxes but it is the same BS every time and I am done - trying to save someone the trouble of purchasing these and the headache they cause -

You cannot delete DigitalSignage (also known MediaSignage) account at all.

Me: "Hi. Please delete my account completely. No need for it anymore."

Support: "We cannot delete the account as its under an Enterprise user. The Enterprise user is not activate currently"

Support: "You would need to pay to activate it. If you don't use it then there won't be a problem"

Me: "I do not understand. I have to pay that you can delete my account completely?"

Me: "How do I cancel Enterprise user?"

Support: "You upgraded the account most likely and have created an Enterprise user"

Support: "Since there is an Enterprise user we cannot delete it as its under that account"

Support: "If you're not going to use it then you can leave it as is and it won't have any issue"

Me: "You are saying to me that you are not going to delete my account completely? Then I must write one-star negative review of Digital Signage to Trustpilot."

Me: "Why enterprise user accounts cannot be deleted?"

Support: "Enterprise accounts are reseller accounts which need to be paid to be enabled. Did you try to upgrade at one point to use the Enterprise feature?"

Me: "Why enterprise user account cannot be deleted? You are saying I need to pay for it. Why enterprise user accounts cannot be deleted? This is like blackmailing."

Me: "Why enterprise user account cannot be deleted? You are saying I need to pay for it. Why enterprise user accounts cannot be deleted? This is like blackmailing."

Me: "Then I must write to Trustpilot to warn others."

And the support person no longer answered at all. So I'm warning you all. Do not use DigitalSignage.
