Incredible supplement
Incredible supplement. My sleep is so much deeper and more restful. Being an avid Oura user I can see the difference on my sleep score the nights I take Diome vs the nights I don’t. No grogginess, no trouble waking up. Highly recommend!

These Diome sleeping tablets are a total scam! I never write reviews but both nights I took these I slept terribly. One v quick google search tells you that B vitamins (which it supposedly has in abundance) give your energy and are therefore 'not recommended at night'. They were £60 and I do not want anyone else to waste their money on this product.

Helps even when sleep is unpredictable
With two young kids and a really unpredictable schedule, sleep is often the first thing to suffer.
Diome has honestly been a game changer for me. Even when I don’t get enough sleep, I feel like I’m getting the most out of the sleep I do get.
It helps me optimize my rest in a way that actually fits my lifestyle.
I love it and keep repurchasing, definitely recommend.

Sleep pattern groove
I tried rested after reading about it in the Times. Very simply put, after a week or so of taking two capsules a night my sleep pattern hit a groove that I don't ever want to end….. Thank you Diome

Didn't Work!
I had such high hopes for this product, after I did alot of research and read amazing reviews in lots of top publications like The Telegraph and The Times. After waiting 4 weeks for re-stocking, I was so disappointed that it didn't work. The first time I got very interupted sleep, I then waited a couple of days to try again. This time it was even worse, interupted sleep and then all the following day I had that lethargic, zombie feeling you can get with sleeping tablets, I felt awful. I understand that some things just don't work for everyone, however the review I submitted to Diome for my purchase has not been published, maybe because it was only 2 stars??

Found sleep again
Tried many supplements especially magnesium’s and DIOME has been the best. My sleep has improved a ton since taking every evening. Haven’t had an night scaries (anxiety) since which has been a game changer.

Buy with caution
I would advise buying this with great caution. I experienced nightmares and terrible sleep whilst taking Rested. The company also makes it very confusing to cancel the subscription.

£60 for one month of tablets to help people sleep is an absolute outrage and way way way overpriced. I'd urge you to rethink your pricing.

Seems to help me stay asleep longer
I'm always sceptical about products I discover through instagram. I do feel these have helped me stay asleep longer at night. (I usually wake up every few hours) I am now on my second bottle, and find the cost a bit high. (I take these and nutrition geeks magnesium)
