Easy to use service
Easy to use service. My only complaint is that the company put labelling over two stickers on each roll.
I would have preferred no labelling stuck on stickers , so that I could use all stickers I was required to pay for.

Excellent customer service from Maddie at DSP. I had a small issue with my sticker that was printed as I incorrectly gave a non CMYK file so the colour was a bit off. They were very helpful and got me a free replacement.
10/10 service and quality, will definitely be using them again in the future

Just about everything worked well but the payment system was temperamental and did not allow a credit card payment address to be different from the billing address.

Horrid service
Wont give me my refund for an order that never went into production they said they would process, been waiting since the 18th of May and they just blank all of my emails.

I can confirm that your refund was processed on Tuesday, 26th May, in line with our refund policy. I can see you have responded to confirm you have received your refund.
Refunds are usually completed within 7 days. During peak times, processing can take up to 14 days, although we always strive to keep delays to a minimum.

Placed an order, IDSP_SU252945B and it needed some changes. I accepted the changes and then they cancelled the order and not heard from them since. Not the first time they have done this!

Impeccable customer service!
Honestly so pleased with the service I received. My paper textured labels arrived today and they look fab on the candles I am designing! Really lovely quality and exactly what I was hoping for. I was also so surprised to receive multiple rolls as I was only expecting one sample label, which was such a kind gesture.
Alishba has been amazing from start to finish; so friendly, helpful and quick to reply. The whole process has been really easy and it’s been such a positive experience, especially as I’m just starting my small business.
Because of both the excellent service and the fab quality of the labels, I’ll absolutely be placing a full order for my other scents once I have everything in place to start production. I’m really looking forward to working with them again in the future. Highly recommend.
