Discreetcouture is a professional company and easy to deal with. All questions were quickly answered and the service was excellent. My bag is exceptionally well made and beautiful. I plan to order more bags in the future. Very happy customer.

I’ve purchased from this company twice so far and you get what you pay for. They have great quality items and the Pictures never do the items justice because the quality is so good! I will definitely be back for more items whenever i want lushentic grade quality. This is where it’s at. Don’t worry or delay, just buy it. Oh! If u see something u don’t see on their site, screenshot it and ask if they have it, u will be impressed! I love this company.

I have 3 bags now from Discreet Couture and the quality is amazing, they are indeed lushentic quality. I was shocked at how good they are, exceeded my expectations. I found communication great, the process takes time but that is to ensure the quality of the item and that you are happy with the product. Shipping was really quick. Will buy again.

This is not a scam. I've read the other review and I can vouch for being a recent customer - just got my bags on 4/30/23. The process does take time to wait for shipping/customs but Chloe and Hannah both respond to emails along the way. I was nervous since I even sent payment through Western Union but my bags came as promised (they sent me photos of the bags, shipping labels, boxed up etc). I am very happy with my purchases - the quality is really well done and they are amazing replicas! Will purchase again!

This is a scam. Do not buy from this company. Charged me so much money for a low quality grade products. I was shocked when my ordered arrive how low quality it was.

They are scam, that’s why their Instagram is closed. Because someone report them, those reviews are fake.

I don’t know if these reviews are accurate. Because I haven’t receive my order, it was send back to the carrier and the Hanna Lady wants me to wait for who knows how long. Seriously. Three months, and there is no order. I start to feel this is a scam.

Ordered a Rolex Submariner, LV christopher backpack and hermes Kelly 28 for my wife. Paid on 20th February via Western Union, and turned out my parcel was confiscated by MY Customs. Initially thought was a fishy transaction but after customs report from the courier, seller stepped up and offered to reship all items at their own cost when they could have blamed the confiscation on others. Took awhile but finally got the items; they suggested sending to an alternate address with another name to be safe.

In terms of quality of goods, quite amazing. I own a few original pieces of bags and watches and they were spot on in leather work, feel and hardware.

The only thing is the Hermes date code was not able to be verified by the boutique store as an authentic piece; I would have thought they would be able to duplicate codes from the originals but it turns out that they can only follow date code formats and execute running numbers based on that.

All in all, good experience and will go with them for life. Just one advice to fellow buyers; try to swap addresses from time to time and limit your buyings to less than 4-5 items in one parcel to be safe. It's not everyday that we encounter sellers that would compensate for confiscations.

The quality of the bag and accessory is very satisfying. The communication was also easy and the stuff supportive . But I put 4 stars because they mixed up my order and sent the wrong item so to exchange the item took quite long time of discussions and preparation . But finally it is here and in the end it is trustworthy company .

The process takes a little long, but that is understandable given the quality of product they send out. I appreciate that they were great at communicating throughout the whole process!
