I highly recommend the Divan Beds Centre. We are so happy with our beds and the mattresses are so comfortable.Excellent customer service - I can’t rate them highly enough.

Ordered a trundle bed for my granddaughters at an excellent price, best I could find. After ordering realised that delivery was an issue. To get free delivery you need to be available all day every week day which is great for some. Those of us who work have to pay extras to get a delivery at a convenient time. I rang to get an afternoon delivery for an extra £40 but afternoon delivery is from 12pm which was also unsuitable as I work mornings til 12.40. therefore I had to arrange for someone to be at my house for the delivery. I would use this company again though as delivery was well communicated and I'm very happy with the bed. Just be aware of extra costs

Great service. I had immediate and helpful responses from the Sales team (thanks to Gopal!) to all of my questions regarding the mattress which was delivered within a week of me putting in the order. The delivery company used (Panther) was also excellent.

Dealing with this company was almost impossible. The order didn't mention a delivery date or an additional cost, which we then discovered would be incurred for a three hour time slot and not all day.

We questioned how far in advance we would know the delivery date but that was ignored. The communication, such as it was, gave the impression a text the night before would be the extent of the notice. We pointed out that the delivery was for a disabled gentleman with support who needed several days' notice to be ready, and that finding out the night before was no good.

This never registered with the company and despite repeating it multiple times, we only found out the day before that delivery would be the following day. A live chat was then held with the delivery agent, who advised we had to re-contact the supplier, who themselves had spent the whole time insisting they had no control over the delivery process.

I can't imagine we're the only people who have had problems with this company not being considerate for people with disabilities, or who need more notice than just a text at 21:40 the night before to say delivery will be the next morning. We will certainly not be using them again.

Ordered a Double Divan Bed Base (only required base) on a Wednesday & as requested I put in my order comment my preferred delivery dates (if delivered Mon-Fri, the delivery is free!), & I had an email from them a little later on in the day with confirmation of my order, then a separate email was also received from their courier, Panther, confirming my first pick of delivery date, of which I chose the upcoming Monday. Received email from the courier the evening before with the PIN I needed to give the delivery guys. Received a call from courier 40 mins before they were due to arrive. Delivery guys were on time and very polite and helpful.
The double divan bed base I received from Divan Beds Centre is very good quality. I've had a great mattress for the last 2yrs HOWEVER my old divan bed base was absolutely buggered so wasn't getting the best from my great mattress, BUT NOW that i have my new divan bed base, I'm most certainly getting the most out of my mattress! I also got my new double divan bed base at a considerable discount (I think due to black Friday sales), that only cost me £99 ~ down from around £350-ish ~ an absolute whopper of a bargain!!! I could've, at a quite reasonable additional cost(s), have added some drawers in the bed base, or have had reinforced the top of the divan base, although I couldn't afford it at the time, however the Divan bed base does come with an anti-slip layer on the top of the divan base where obviously the mattress is placed which is great to have AS STANDARD👍🏻 Thanks to DIVAN BEDS CENTRE for a simple-to-order process & for using PANTHER as their very reliable & efficient courier service! Highly recommend this company; I have bookmarked in my browser for when I need a new bed in future ✨✨✨✨✨

Not very good quality, wouldn't recommend. They delivered on the day they said they would but didn't give a time just turned up towards the end of the day.

This company is absolutely superb! I ordered three beds for delivery on a specific day. Order arrived. Unfortunately I was missing part of a base. I had tenants moving into the property the following afternoon. I explained the situation. The customer service team could not have done more. I spoke with Hira who raised to the sales team. The sales team called me promptly (within the hour). The item was despatched and I received it by 11am the following morning. Gopal was once again the most wonderful person. It is rare to find such good customer service. I will always always buy from this company. I cannot recommend highly enough. They are also true to their word. I was quoted one price. The price moved by the I placed my order. Gopal said to place order and he would sort. Sure enough, 3 days later I had a refund! I cannot express how brilliant everyone is! I really hope this company is around for a very long time! They are fantastic! Thank you to you all!

Do not buy from this company! Customer service is ZERO, I placed an order which I had to re-arrange but wanted to discuss with someone way forward whether to cancel or change to a more suitable product, and got completely ignored all my requests for a call back, I went straight through to a call centre who intercepted and said they can’t deal with my query or problem, and can only pass a message onto someone who will phone me back, after several calls and messages yesterday, no response, a text message came through and I messaged back to say I need to speak to this “Aamir” person who sent me a text, upon which i said I need to speak and discuss with him/her (Aamir), no reply… have learnt not to deal with such “company “ again People.. STAY AWAY from DIVAN bed centre!

Ordered 3 divan beds and mattresses for my grandchildren moving into new house. After 3 weeks noticed a problem with one of the divan bases. Spoke with customer services and a replacement was provided. Courier arrived with replacement and took faulty one away. Excellent customer service who dealt with the issue within 48 hours. Highly recommend and would use again.

I found my experience with Divan Beds Centre to be smooth from start to finish. The changes I made to the delivery were handled with ease and the delivery was on time. After the delivery, I got in touch to ask some questions and these were answered quickly. They even sent me a replacement part without even being asked. Impressed!

This rating is not for the customer services and delivery because that would be a 5 for me as the customer services personnel was very helpful. Delivery was on time, however, the quality of what I got was very bad. Leather barely covered the bed and my bed arrived with leather peeled at the edge. I am in no way pleased. My bed has a guest best & I am actually embarrassed to bring it out just a badly finished produced overall.

Great service, mattress ordered not delivered day we needed to pick up so they gave us another one worth a lot more and didn't charge the extra!

The first set of zip&link mattresses were not what I was expecting or happy with.
I contacted Customer Services who worked hard to resolve the issue and we sorted out a different set of mattresses which I am much happier with.

This company’s customer service helpline was good at answering my questions openly and in a friendly manner. Delivery was efficient and they kept me well informed.
My reservation in not scoring them higher is that the my zip link bed frames are lightweight and feel cheaply made. The fabric cover is roughly stapled to the wooden frame giving the appearance of something really fundamentally cheap.

The mattresses supplied are however of good quality and I would say that they were accurately described as ‘medium firm’ just as I had ordered.

Be aware that the full length suitcase storage space bed version has just a space with no interior drawer/frame. You suitcases will be housed on your floor with the middle support wooden bracket present on the other styles just absent. The fabric cover for the suitcase space is just secured by being under the weight of the mattress-no velcro or such like. Again feels like a cost cutting exercise rather than a good design choice.

If you can afford more then perhaps go see your beds in store rather than risk buying on line to avoid the disappointments listed above.

You might just get what you pay for on this one.

I ordered a superking base and mattress. Arrived quickly but the base did not have the drawers I ordered. I tried to speak to someone to get this resolved. They refunded the price without speaking to me, of the drawers but now I am left with a bed I didn’t order. No one emailed or called back. Not given any other choice. Very disappointed

Phoned the company and a ‘specialist’ was suppose to phoned me back. Promptly a gentleman did.
I wanted to order some bespoke sized ( as advertised) divan bases 120 cm x 200 cm. I was told they only dealt in foot and inches. I asked if they could translate my metric given size but I was told to turn to an other company as they could not do it. So UNPROFESSIONAL! Great Britain changed into the metric system 1965! You would expect a ‘specialist’ would know after 58 years!

We live at an address that is difficult to access for deliveries. Customer care helped to meet our needs throughout the ordering process and made sure our delivery was made in a small van that could access our road. Ordering, tracking and delivery were all very smooth. Would definitely return as a customer

A good company to buy from. Fast shipping, and good customer service. I had an issue , and they contacted me immediately and helped me solve it. I recommend them👍👍
