Amazing order total custom carbon and yellow steering wheel for the mk3 focus rs yes they take about 6 to 8 weeks depending on the order but 100% worth the wait so much so I have now ordered a custom carbon and purple one for the mk3.5 focus st great company

I agree with all the negative reviews…
I agree with all the negative reviews on here. So I bought a bulb that said it would fit my car, the person at the company assured me it would fit also. Turns up, even the box says it is the wrong part for the car. Beware this company does not issue refunds - as confirmed when I stated they made the mistake. Please please please use eBay. I’m sure the owner will try to say I’m rude but the facts of the matter is he sold me a dud part.

None of your review is correct, and is very one sided. You we're absolutely horrible to staff, and have no manners.
You contacted us and were very rude. You told us the item does not fit (this is the correct item for the car)
To help you, we offered FREE fitting, lots of fitting advice, or return because you would not take advice on fitting and became very aggressive. We provided you with our returns policy, and you decided to be nasty, and abuse staff. Calling staff multiple different slurs.
When we offered free fitting, you replied: "F***ing a***hole. I will charge you back and wait for my reviews. How the f**k can I come up to you if I live in London you d**khead?"
Some of your other responses below, to us simply trying to assist you, as we do with all customers.
1 - "Stupid pr**k THE PART DOESNT FIT THE CAR YOU ABSOLUTELY THICK PIECE OF S**T"
2 - "You really are a bunch of c*nts"
Despite being asked to return the item for a full refund, you stated - "I have no issue with issuing a chargeback"

Avoid this company they got my order wrong as they had sold me something that was not what i ordered and then when i sent it back they had the cheek to charge me 30% of the item as a re stocking fee absolutely disgusting will never use again.

You ordered the incorrect item for your car, and then accused us & staff of sending the wrong item to you.
We have the copy of your invoice if you wish to see it, showing what you ordered against what you received (both being the same item)
We offered a return and exchange on the item you incorrectly ordered, and you chose to return this. As per policy, a restocking fee is applicable as this has to go back to the supplier who charge us, and you were made aware of this before you returned it.

Diversion Automotive! Best about by a country mile, I needed a new steering wheel and seen their advertisement on Facebook about mk7 golf r steering wheels, as soon as I contacted them I got a reply within 10minutes and a wheel was chosen.
I arrived and they welcomed me with open arms, shown me the wheel being taken off properly etc, shown me some of their products for the mk7 golf r and my goodness the quality is amazing!, my dsg paddles didn’t work at the time so diversion ordered me some new ones in and kept in touch for when they arrived for me to go down and get them fitted.
When I go back for the paddles to be fitted I will be purchasing afew more items for the golf as I can honestly say I will be using this company for everything I put on my car from now on.
When asked questions about parts for stage2 they instantly respond with the best products they offer!
1000% recommend them to anyone!

Just AMAZING!
Just got a spoiler, some skirts and black emblems for my Polo. I live in Norway, but shipping only tok a week, which is really good! After i got the spoiler I was unsure how to mount it, so I asked them on Instagram, and getting replied to within 30 minutes.
