Absolutely fantastic service. Kept me in the loop every step of the way up until the Final order was successfully completed. Every interaction with members of staff throughout the process was great. They are friendly attentive and very informative. I would 10000% recommend this company if you are about to embark on a divorce.

Everything was straight forward
Everything was straight forward, and they did all the work. Only thing I couldn't stand is how long these courts take to do their job there was always some long waiting period in between each stage. But great job by legal team

Divorce -Online has been such an amazing help during my divorce. Thank you for making it as easy as it could be by organising and sending all the paperwork - showing where I needed to sign and then sending the documents off to the courts - plus keeping me informed at all times. From beginning to end it took around 9mths
When I wasn’t sure of something I would email my case manager who was Stuart May and he was always quick to reply whether email or phone call , and could answer my queries always - so please do mention to him how helpful he was.
Divorce is a sad time as an ending to what you hope it going to be a forever partnership. But sometimes it breaks up due to no fault of our own and to have your company help guide you at one of most stressful periods of an adults life is amazing and the overall cost is very low for all the hard work and support that Divorce -Online give. Smooth, fast, simple process
I was quite apprehensive about getting divorced especially as my ex lives in a different country. Divorce Online made everything incredibly simple, smooth, and anxiety-free for me. the process was smooth
the process was smooth, efficient and bang on time. Once I commenced the process and studied the time line, I put a date in my diary of the earliest date the divorce would be concluded. it was completed on that date some 9 months later

Poor service
Poor service, internal delays, bad communication. Going back and forth to get clarification on matters is painful. Direct questions are asked and ignored, there's no telephone number to speak to anyone directly and it takes several days to get a response to any communication sent. I'm into double digit email numbers to get a response to something that could have been clarified in one good email communication.

I have now been able to review your file and can see that we did act quickly when your Consent Order paperwork arrived. My colleague Laura dealt with a number of questions/queries raised from you and the other party all without any additional charge.
There had been a number of email exchanges all answered within our SLA reply time of 2-3 working days, so I am afraid I cannot agree with you that our service was below standard on this occassion.

I was very impressed with this service
I was very impressed with this service, beyond my expectations. Not only was this one of the cheapest offers, the service was excellent and provided by a dedicated manager. This was particularly important when I had to look for the appropriate paperwork and was helpfully guided through this process. Divorce Online kept me well informed at all times and kept the process ticking along at the fastest pace possible throughout. Would highly recommend.
