I was very nervous approaching my divorce with an online application but was quickly reassured once I started the process, finding the questionnaire at the strat plane and simple.
Divorce on line communication was excellent, informing me every step of the way with only necessary communication not bombarding me with info or any form of promotion just good honest update step bye step progression as the divorce moved forward.
It's never nice knowing your marriage has failed but I completely recommend Divorce on line because of their professionalism and direct approach without any of the fuss that would usually add unwanted stress and upset throughout the process of a divorce.

Fast & easy but needs to improve customer service
It's a fast and cheap way to do it. Reason why I gave it a 4 (instead of a 5) rating is because calling them is very hit and miss. You might get someone very nice and friendly or you might get someone who is very impatient and even rude. Depends on the day. They really need to improve the training of their staff when it comes to talking with clients on the phone. Divorce is already a nightmare, without this additional problem. Other than that it's a good service.
