Platinum Products Direct Avis 

This will be my third order for windows from Platinum products.Ronnie and Margaret are great. Responsive on email, delivery trackable and on time. The windows are great. We ordered one for a bathroom and then another for our office. We are now ordering 5 more for our extension. Our builder says that they are really good quality, so much so that he has ordered windows from them for other customers too. Good quality, good comms and on time delivery. What's not to like!

Absolutely outstanding service, priced very competitively, incredibly fast delivery, under a week for custom french doors. Overall, I will not be buying double glazing from anywhere else

Ordered sash windows for my home. They where very accommodating in explaining every question I had. Emails where always answered. The order does take time to be processed/ made, which they did tell me about. Finally order arrived when expected.

Just took delivery yesterday of our sash windows and french doors, absolutely stunning. I Inspected everything once they were in the garage and can't see any issues, the quality looks fantastic.
Order process was so easy and the customer service and updates for delivery were great.

We ordered 3 sliding sash windows from Platinum Products Direct and they all arrived in perfect condition and within the timescale given,they look absolutely stunning. The window installers even commented on how well made they were. Also I might add that we paid far less for these windows than the quotes we received from other companies. Take my word for it this companies products are excellent in every way.

Cannot fault products or customer service, ordered a set of offset French doors and a window. Very knowledgeable, delivered when stated, and although we found we were missing the fixing kits we’d ordered, once I made the company aware of this they apologised and refunded the same day. Glad I took the chance on this company having no previous experience of them, will definitely use again in future.

Bought a set of french doors with side panels of glass on either side, can’t fault them, they look amazing and the price was great! Definitely recommend them.

Ordered three sets of french doors, arrived roughly when they said they would after chasing them up, delivery driver was excellent and I cannot fault him

The doors were protected in the plastic you’d expect, they seem ok so far, however two of the exterior handles were damaged and as we didn’t take the protective plastic off until after they were fitted there’s not a lot we can do now, a few nicks in the upvc profiles which is not great and the biggest issue is two of the doors have the hinges in different positions, these three doors are right next to each other so it looks ridiculous.

I emailed them to get their opinion on the issues, they tried to call once and I couldn’t take the call, they followed up with an email saying they’d call Monday morning at which point I replied immediately saying Monday afternoon is fine but not the morning - I’m still waiting for any more contact

Yes they are cheaper than most I found but it looks like you get what you pay for and I should if paid more
