DJC Property Services Avis

These lads did our damp proofing for literally half the price of the other quote we received, and the work was spot on. They even came back a few nights later to sort out a little job that wasn’t included in the price.

Genuinely can’t fault them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for damp proofing. excellent service, and top lads. Would highly recommend!

Very pleased with the work done. The guys were thorough and communicative. We always knew when they would turn up and when they would leave.11/09/2026

What I really liked about Danny was how he is just so different to other trades people I’ve encountered. I had a few people come over and give me a quote. Danny actually seemed to want the job and cared. He has a real eye for detail and seems to be someone who aims for perfection. He has high standards and he expects the same from his team too. Highly recommend!

DJC Property Services completed the painting & decorating project I assigned them last month.
The workmanship and professionalism was outstanding in all aspects throughout the two-week deadline that they completed on time.

Second time I’ve used Danny and his team,

Danny did a great job for us. Really friendly guy, easy to deal with and the quality of the work was spot on. He turned up when he said he would, got on with the job and left everything clean and tidy afterwards.

The price was very reasonable as well, especially for the standard of the finish.
